• Check-in time is 2 pm and Check-out time is 12 pm. Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and additional charges will apply.
• Any change in taxes and/or any other levies/charges/ fees will be chargeable extra, as prevalent during the stay.
• Two children up to 6 years can stay free in parent’s room when using existing mattress(s) upon request in room, children aged 7 years and older are fully charged.
• Extra mattress can be provided in room on chargeable basis. 

Note: Cancellation Policies may vary for group bookings, long weekends and  holidays.

• Reservations booked within 7 days will attract 50% deposit of entire booking amount (non-refundable) as per the cancellation policy.
• To avoid any cancellation charges, we must receive your cancellation 7 days prior to arrival.
• For cancellations received post the above permissible period, the hotel will charge a minimum of 50% of the entire booking amount plus tax and service charge, wherever applicable. The same penalty applies to no-shows as well.
• If in case of a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If none has been received, we will charge your credit card.
